Talisman Sculpture Dolls

Some of my new creations: my rock friends finally made it to become this creatures that nobody knows how to call. I called them Talisman Sculpture Dolls, because you display them like a sculpture, you carry them carefully but you can always move them and display them as you wish, or you can take them out for a walk or a meditation.

They will be part of the Latino Heritage Exhibition at the SUB Gallery at Boise State University. this August, 2019.

Naturaleza viva Muerta/Life and Death Nature

Viajando por McCall, Cascade, Boise...amando los árboles, los espacios en donde la vida y la muerte habitan juntas. Los espacios de muerte que pasan desapercibidos, como en la vida mísma. La muerte se yergue omnipresente como una escultura en la vida. Posa para inspirarnos, brinda nueva vida y nos recuerda que no somos eternos en forma, pero que somos eternos.
